Cars parking in inappropriate places

Anfon at Leicester City Council llai na munud yn hwyrach. Cyfeirnod FixMyStreet: 8287337.

Im a wheelchair/mobility scooter user and 9/10 i can't use the pavements because its over run with cars on pavements, grass etc. So I try to use the road only to have cars blocking the only way I can go which is through bollards. That road is absolutely disgusting and makes me embarrassed to live around here.

  • The parking is terrible and getting worse if anything. A Leicester city Council van was blocking the part where the bollards are last week too..

  • Nothing has been done and cars just park where they like blocking people from getting through

  • The parking in front of bollards stopping me from getting through is getting worse if anything. They literally parking where they like with no consideration for anyone else. Id like an update

  • Nothing has changed people still parking in inappropriate places blocking me from getting through. A few Leicester City Council vans are doing this too. Its highly frustrating that im having to go a long way round just to get over a road..

  • Theres concrete posts been put up to stop people driving on the grass but the problem of people parking in front of the only bollards on the road for me to get through is still an issue. They really don't seem to care.
