The first photo is taken from the junction with Lwys Road and I suspect that a driver coming from Tumbledown Hill would hardly be able to see this road sign. This creates a problem for those unfamiliar with the bend in Hugh Street that the sign is meant to warn about. The second photo shows the sign from across the road - it is either faded.
