Raised tree root making the pavement uneven

Walking along this pavement at 7.36pm on Monday 6th October my daughter fell over as the pavement was uneven and it looked like a raised tree root. It was dark and the street lighting on Halse Water was very poor. My daughter badly grazed her knee and cut her hand. The fall also ripped her trousers.
