Water flooding down Water Street for weeks

Water has been coming out of this drain and flooding Water Street down to the railway bridge for weeks and nothing is being done about it . It is particularly dangerous as it is on a sharp bend on a badly potholed surface . Cars pay no attention to 20mph most going 30-40mph so this makes water and skidding dangerous when braking on the bend by the flooding. Once the temperatures drop it will all freeze and become an accident waiting to happen . Please action this urgently
