Dangerous and Illegal driving by primary school

From 08.00 - 09.30 and 14.30 - 15.30 there is a constant flow of cars and SUVs illegally parking on the school "no stopping" zigzags. These drivers are aware that it is illegal to stop here, and bypass frequently available legal parking spots to save themselves 5 seconds of walking. SUVs drive on to the pavement on all the streets around the school, and idle their engines whilst waiting up to an hour for their kids. They ignore parking wardens, and if they do get a ticket, they come back and do the same thing the following day. Please do something about this, it's only a matter of time until a child or other pedestrian is killed or injured by these lazy, privileged, selfish drivers.
