Problem still not fixed

This week we had 3 men come out and they filled only a few potholes and then stopped a had an extra long break before leaving. The major problem is still there and needs immediate resolution. It is totally disgusting how bad this road is, it's so uneven and such major potholes. There are so many huge trucks and cars that drive so fast down this road, that shouldn't be coming down our road, they using this road as a cut through from the A14, this needs to be stopped , a camera fitted and the road completely re surfaced. What's the point of sending 3 men out, when they dont even sort the problem. What's the point of them putting some tar into a hole and the hole is still there, its a total joke and embarrassment. Please this needs sorting properly, thank you

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
