Narrow road with overgrown hedge used by large lorries

Raod service the shops after the road. Large vehicles often use the road for loading unloading and large bin collection lorries. The gap between the fencing and the vehicle is just couple of inches making it dangerous for the people in the adjacent house. Either large vehicles should not be allowed or the hedging should be cut back to its boundary.
