I walk past this vehicle twice a day 5 days a week and it has been there for months (at least 2-3) and never moved, it now has flat tyres. Not sure if it belongs to someone local or been stolen.

    Car is still there and causing vehicles to have to wait to pass as it partially obstructs the road. Also an obstruction to pedestrians.
