A 4” branch of a dead tree (on a piece of waste ground not someone’s private property) has come down in this week’s high winds. It means pedestrians (including school children) have to walk into the road and Uffington Road is becoming busy with some cars travelling quite fast out of the village. We looked to see if we could move it but it is heavier than it looks and we have nowhere to put the branches.
