Litter on all the road

This road is very scruffy, especially at the bottom near the shops. Litter in gulleys up and down the road. I walk there every day and I don’t ever remember it being cleaned, although lately it doesn’t seem as bad.
If you have time to go up the road and across to Chandos, the Chandos also looks pretty messy at times but again is better lately.
There is litter in gutters in the whole of Redland really, it’s quite depressing. Thank you.
