Hedge very overgrown and making it difficult to go through the kissing gate

Kissing gate - go past Briery Hill llama farm house and garage, through the first field and the kissing gate is in the hedge line a S you head up the hill towards Ravenshill house. There is also another overgrown kissing gate half way up the hill on the right. Thick Holly and hawthorn hedging. Been getting worse over the last two years despite asking llama farm to cut it back. Don’t know who owns land the other side.
