Despite reporting these issues on multiple occasions you just close the reports (presumably to cheat so you meet some internal performance target). We are well past the last date when you promised these drains would be cleaned. DO NOT CLOSE THESE REPORTS UNTIL AFTER DRAINS ARE CLEANED This was your previous response: Thank you for bringing the drainage issue at Southam Road to our attention. We truly appreciate your proactive approach in helping us maintain the quality of our highways. We are pleased to inform you that Banbury is scheduled for gully emptying in the first quarter of this financial year, April-June 2025. Rest assured, all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area will be thoroughly cleansed within the specified timeframe. Your report has been closed, and we are committed to ensuring that the necessary actions are taken promptly.
