Oak sapling no longer secured to post

The oak sapling just south of the bat house has lost its securing collar to the post and as you can see from the picture taken at the start of this month it is starting to list already. It is vulnerable to strong winds and mindless vandalism-please could you re-secure it to the post so it may survive and be enjoyed by future generations?
