Public access

Bins have been placed on the narrow path when the residents that live in the Grange have a a special place to put their bins . The two residents that have placed their bins and glass box here have made access difficult . As cars do come around the corner fast . And they are making the path unsafe for mobility scooters to access the field and for dog walkers . Please advise the residents to place their bins, glass boxes in its proper place that was made for these when the houses were built .
