When the houses built (chiltern gardens) they promised to put a tarmac path between the houses and Tidmore lane as a walking way. The tarmac is all damaged and hard to push a pram on. A half hearted job done!

  • Hello, thank you for the report of the unfinished works, Oxfordshire County Council are in discussions with the developer to finalise the required S278 agreement to enable them to complete all of the Highway works associated with this development. The existing footway constructed is within the developer's land and they should be contacted regarding its condition.
