Highway Code Rule 243 says: You must not stop or park on a bend if it would endanger, obstruct, or inconvenience other road users. This car does all three: Blocks pedestrian access (on the pavement), Obstructs drivers' view around the bend, Narrows the carriageway on a corner.

The cars are bing parked there everyday. Sometime its 3 of them and I can’t park my car. When I drive home, these cars cause obstruction and this caused nearly an accident a few times when car was approaching from other side.
