There are boulders placed on the entrance of this property, The boulders are placed on the dropped kerb which borders the road. There is a road filter near this property and opposite there are parked cars. if there was a need to pull in due to cars coming from the opposite direct, then these boulders would shred the car tyre or cause damage. Is this illegal to do this? Please investigate.
