A recurring problem with vegetation impeding pedestrians at this site. Today my husband's face was scratched due to the briars that currently overhang the pavement. Awareness of this issue did not help as the wind blew the brambles. Personal injury was not severe although blood was drawn on his forehead and next to his eye.
