Shrub blocking view of traffic for pedestrians crossing

On the roundabout there is a shrub which now blocks the view of traffic coming North to pedestrians crossing from Cassington lane to Eynsham village. I walk my dog and a toddler over here and I really need to be able to see when traffic is approaching the roundabout so we have plenty of time to cross. It would be amazing if this shrub could be cut back significantly or just completely removed.
