Overgrowth to access lane

There used to be access to the rear of these houses on this lane and its been left . need access to the rear of the houses for on going parking as there is a new school being built and the front parking is getting horrendous. every resident in the street is willing to help clear and work with the council. we dont know who to contact

Haven’t heard anything since it’s been passed to another department . No one has contacted me or arranged a visit , so in my opinion nothing has been done again . What’s the point of reporting an issue ???

Reported this issue and no response in over 2 months , i keep reporting but nothing . what is the point of this service to the public if nothing gets done . i will go to my local mp next
