• Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.

• Ref 8322305 Just asking for an update on the drain cover outside my drive way . The drain is becoming slowly worse , and I’m worried as when I drive in and out of my property I can’t avoid driving over it . I reported it before and the wrong drain was repaired .

Due to the recent wet and damp weather conditions, we have not been able to complete the road‑marking works. These have now been rescheduled for early spring, when conditions are more suitable. We appreciate your understanding.
