These blocked drains are causing the Three Pigeons pub to flood when it rains, as the water is coming down the steps into the pub. We purchased the pub on 7th July and opened on 17th July. We weren't informed about this problem from the previous owners. The Three Pigeons, 3 Southam Road, Banbury OX16 2ED Thank you.
