Damaged Manhole - previously replaced iron manhole with a new plastic a stainless steel cover, done circa 2/3 years ago. Initial replacement was faulty and substandard from the beginning. The perimeter is now badly crumbling where poor tarmac was installed and the cover is insecure. This is a trip hazard and falling hazard into the drain.

    2 months later and no progress; the surface around the manhole continues to deteriorate and break up and the cover remains insecure. This poorly installed manhole is a danger to the general public using the path!!
