Bushes too high - yet again.

I’m getting bored of reporting this. Yet again, the bushes are not being regularly maintained and are causing a hazard pulling out onto the Broadway from Newlands Avenue. If they cannot be regularly maintained to keep them from become a hazard then please remove them. In fact, please remove them and I’ll replace with lavender which doesn’t grow so high.
