  • Hi - the base of a traffic cone was still there as I left work this evening - I wondered if maybe someone had been to try and remove it a few days ago and because it was trapped under a wheel of a secured bicycle every time I saw it during my lunch breaks this week, I decided to stand it up against Boots exteria wall to the side of the cycle stands - I hope this helps.
