Issues with school traffic

Recently signs displayed re vehicle access restrictions at set times each day ie school start/finish times. Long standing issues of parents blocking roads, parking on pavements, disrespect of residents property. Signs erected re restrictions. However they are not being adhered to, in fact completely ignored. No reduction on through traffic and now parents even stopping in the middle of the road to drop children off!!! Also still parking with no consideration ie across driveways/access, on pavements. Have contacted school but of no help. All residents unhappy. Why not resident parking???
