Reopening as issue has been marked at fixed, by mistake it seems. Photo attached shows the light still shines into bedrooms.

> The street light shines bright into bedrooms and, even with heavy curtains, make it difficult to sleep at night. The light is bright enough that it interferes with our life and causes health issues. It is in need of a shade, or better beam orientation, to reduce nuisance at night.
