I took my dogs for a small walk to the end of Aberdeen Road Redland tonight 1st July I witnessed two men dumping black bags opposite the oxfam shop in various places. I shouted out to them and they put them all by the red bin in the photos. I also have a photo of a label for another address in the rubbish they dumped. I witnessed these two men walk down cotham hill and enter the black cumin restaurant. I am aware that the red bin belongs to the said restaurant however I do not believe they have adequate waste facilities especially if they are having to leave waste on the streets. We have a number of foxes in the area and I can see these abandoned bags causing a huge environmental situation if this continues. Adequate waster facilities need to be paid for by the restaurant
