Path once again ploughed in and cropped over.

The path from Woolstone Hill Farm (SO 96793 30312) towards Dixton (SO 97687 30659) has been ploughed in. In two of the fields there is no crop and so no impediment to progress, although the line of path is not clear. In one field there is wheat and another maize. This path is routinely ploughed over and no effort is made to reinstate. This is the line of the Gloucestershire Way.

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
An update on the issue will be provided.
