The trees and shrubs are encroaching over the entire footpath making it difficult to walk past - almost now impossible with a push chair and virtually impassable with a double pushchair and also dangerous for students on their way to Babington School without having to walk in the road. This is along Elmstead Lane on the stretch of road opposite the junction at Wood Drive up to Grange Drive.
