• Thank you for your additional comments. Previous attempts were made to clear the mound of soil. Veolia, has attended and cleared what they can from the parking the bay. However, what remains is compacted with tree roots. This report will now be closed.

• You have closed the report but not rectified.

  I work for housing and we try to keep our estates looking good for our residents and then we come across areas such as this that are left.

  Veolia may have taken some soil but that’s hasn’t even scratched the surface. How can it just be left no one is expecting it to be cleared over night but this report cannot just be closed and then nothing happen.
