The main 5 way junction on the A46 in Tewkesbury in between Alexandra Way and Diamond Road, outside Dobbies and the new car park for Tewkesbury Outlet.
During rush hour, cars and lorries completely block the exit of Alexandra Way. This causes some drivers to literally drive on the wrong side of the road to get around the blockage and I have witnessed near head-on collisions due to it. It also causes drivers to go through red lights because of frustration and I have also witnessed near t-bone collisions.
Someone will eventually be seriously injured in an RTC if you don't fix this problem. It will only get worse when the outlet shopping centre opens.
If you come out to assess, you need to come out at 5PM on a weekday.
