Large tree completely blocking footpath.

This tree came down in storm Eowyn. It is completely blocking the footpath along the left bank of Hazel brook in Coombe Dingle, 150m down from Tarn Lake. A bypass has been trampled but it is too steep and slippy when wet for me (age 77) to use. It is a popular path that I would normally use a couple of times a week. It is now three months blocking the path, so please take action. Thank you.
