Persistent flytipping of Household waste

I am sick and tired of having other people's household waste being dumped behind the back of mine and my neighbour's house. We live at 33 and 34 The Parade respectively and every rubbish collection day there are numerous bags dumped outside the back of our properties. This used to be bins, which I didn't like but at least these were retrieved after the rubbish had been collected. Now the bags have just been dumped and some bright spark from the rubbish collection truck has just left stickers on them saying it's too many bags. These bags now stink and will no doubt attract birds or foxes and general drunken idiots and the litter will get scattered all over the place.

This policy of leaving rubbish bags outside is a complete joke. It does not work and makes absolutely no common sense, especially when they are not being collected. They invite abuse of the system, as has been demonstrated here and innocent people are being affected. They also invite vermin and pests into the area, create an awful smell and look disgusting.
