Constant traffic build up due to poor timing traffic lights

For a long time now the traffic light timing is causing traffic build up at culverhouse cross roundabout regardless of the time of day. It appears to be out of sync and just causes mayhem. The screenshot I attached at 2pm shows even at non peak time there’s traffic build up. Please send someone to look at the timing of the traffic lights on such a major roundabout to improve things.

Traffic is frequently queuing on the A4232 SB leading to dangerous hazard of slow traffic on a 70mph road.
