White BMW abandoned-car is full of debris and the smell from inside is very bad

This BMW it`s been abandoned on a parking space since 2022. That car is full of debris, cigarettes' butts and other stuff. The smell coming from there is very bad, there is also debris around the car which is never picked. This area is populated by the residence of LightOaks Close and not only. There are kids walking around there and this is not safe for them.

I would kindly ask you to act on this as there is becoming a massive problem for all of the residence around there. This was reported before several times but no solution was found by the authorities.

  • Car is still there, no MOT, no insurance, full of debris.

  • There is more than a month since I opened this case but there is no action taken so far. Not even a check done by Council Authorities.
