Tarmac both sides of speedhump broken

Whilst this may not meet pothole criteria it is a danger to inner part of of tyres and or wheel suspension of cars .. I note the road to Watlington has been inspected recently but this has been missed .. I do not understand pothole criteria surely if a report from many motorists who drive route many times then some action is needed . The inner parts of wheels cannot easily be inspected by owners therefore if surface at speed bump damages sidewall this can go undetected...sidewalls do not have the resilience protection that tread has . All the humps have some deportation but the one on blind corner is really bad .
