Multiple large, deep potholes on driving lines

The road surface between Chilworth Farm exit and Oxford Belfry Hotel on London Road, Milton Common, Oxfordshire on both carriageways is appalling with multiple, deep potholes on the driving lines. These have been getting steadily worse over the last few months leading most drivers to swerve in left and right to avoid potential significant damage.
