There is inadequate speed limit signs on Warpsgrove lane Chalgrove Oxfordshire. 1 sign has been defaced and moved. It is virtually invisible to drivers. As a resident of Warpsgrove Lane I witness drivers speeding upto 70mph! This makes it dangerous for pedestrians and animals.
