An expanse of potholes causing danger to road users especially cyclists

These potholes have been reported multiple times and have been here since winter flooding. URGENT action is required. I had stopped to take photos to report them, as I did a group of cyclists approached this stretch of road and a car planning to overtake them. The ensuing chaos as cyclists and car all swerved from side to side to avoid the potholes was horrific. How they all managed to get through without a serious accident was pure luck. A group of angry swearing cyclists blamed the car, but frankly if you don't know the road there would appear to be plenty of room to pass a group of cyclists. Notably this road is marked as an Oxfordshire Cycle route!

    These really are very bad collection of pot holes an a road with a 60mph limit and not lighting. The risk of a major accident is very real. The presence of the large car body part suggests there has already been a significant damage accident.

    This section of road - urgently needs attention. Very dangerous for cyclists. Surprised that that this failed road section, has no warning signage.
