Severely damaged road surface

The southbound section of Western Avenue, from the junction with West Street, to just after the junction with Waterloo Court, is severely damaged with deep potholes, and uneven road surfaces, which are serious enough to cause vehicular damage.

There's a large, very deep hole in the road, adjacent to the Lidl supermarket, and there are several potholes and uneven road surface, at the junction with Waterloo Court.

The long deep pothole is still present on the southbound section, and the road surface is still badly damaged and uneven at the junction with Waterloo Court, on the approach to the traffic lights.

The pothole is in the centre of the road. It is about 3 feet long and getting deeper. The rest of this section of road, right up to the approach to the traffic lights at the junction with Bridge Street, is uneven, with several potholes.

A poor attempt has been made to fill the very large pothole outside LIdl, but the rest of this section of road is the same.
