Bike illegally parked next to kerb drop for past three days

I support riding cycles but it's been frequent occurrence that Irresponsible Lime riders park wherever they want and without consideration for orher pedestrians old or young. This is not the first time and Lime customer service are not efficient in taking actions encouraging more of these behaviours. We either need to make pavement broader or make Lime responsible if they are even capable to provide the services. It's parked there for 3 days. Reported to Lime with scripted email saying team in London has been informed.
