Paddock.jousting.haystack is the what three words

Pothole has been gradually growing since before Christmas, now spans the whole road, with mini potholes on the other side. I am local so I know to drive on verge to avoid- I have seen 4 cars in the last month which have had blown tires from that pothole. Currently filled with water so no one knows the depth of it.
