Parents parked on double yellow lines with no loading and no unloading lines. In addition parked right on a busy T junction causing a limited view of traffic along Lumb Lane. This is dangerous parking as well as being illegal. Also parked on the pavement making it difficult for pedestrians to use the path safely. Thursday at 18:30hrs outside Dance at the Smithy.
