New potholes at the exit of Thrupp Lane where it meets Radley Road (and potential failing pothole repairs)

Anfon at Oxfordshire County Council 1 munud yn hwyrach. Cyfeirnod FixMyStreet: 7093622.
There appear to be multiple new potholes developing where Thrupp Lane meets the Radley Road in Radley. At this time I've been trying to clarify whether some are actually failed pothole repairs (noting that multiple potholes were repaired ~ 3 weeks ago), but it's hard to tell when driving with other vehicles immediately behind me. My suspicion is that some ARE failing repairs.
There is heavy use of this junction by HGVs from Thrupp Lane, which may be exacerbating the wear here.
Sorry, no photos as yet, but this junction has been examined (and repaired) many times and I think the whole junction Thrupp Lane-Foxborough Road-Whites Lane-Foxborough Road needs resurfacing.
Thanks.

There are ~ a dozen potholes of varying sizes. Some are ~30cm in length; others are ~ 60-70cm in length or larger. A central pothole is developing (again!!). All of the ones shown are on the Radley Road side of the junction with Thrupp Lane, but there are a number of additional potholes (not shown) on the Thrupp Lane side of the junction.

Large pothole in centre of the road (which is viewable in 2 of the earlier photographs, although on the periphery in one of them) is growing in size, and is estimated at least ~1m in length. The whole junction remains an ongoing issue.

Potholes are rapidly deteriorating, no doubt due to the high number of HGVs using this junction. Potholes are merging.
SORRY: Not able to stop safely and park and take additional/updated photos due to traffic, but existing photos highlight the area/issues.
Pothole in the centre of the road is also growing.
