Terribly rough road surface leaving 30mph into 40mph limit

This road surface has been deteriorating for years, and is at a completely unacceptable level of deterioration. I ride a full-suspension recumbent trike and, as a result of this, and the rough redway over this bridge, excessive damage has occurred to my expensive trike. I've had mirrors snap off which were made for motorcycles, and two light mounts snap, which were made for professional mountain biking!!! This is completely and utterly unacceptable and I will be seeking compensation for the damage caused, not only to these items, but to my suspension as well, which is failing after only a year of ownership!
