Usual Taylor street bin overflow

Another that's been happening and reported now for years. Think of the the taxpayer cost and repeated mess, and it's still ongoing.

Finally putting the bins on the street, not pavement, has helped but the underlying issues remains. You obviously need a) more bins at this location b) bigger bins c) more frequent uplift d) all of the above. So why hasn't it happened?
