My husband has managed to clear the two drains nearer Cromwell Way but this drain is blocked with a plant growing out of it. In fact most of the drains in Bicester Road are blocked to some extent as they have not been cleared since 2018. Because of this when it rains are garden is becoming flooded. Please could we have the drains in the whole road cleared before it gets any worst.Thanks
