The lights are out of sync, coming off the M1 the lights used to turn green and then the set on the round about turned green a few seconds later and then one's to exit onto Portway were also green allowing all the traffic to just flow onto and out of the roundabout. Now it just enters the roundabout and stops on the roundabout causing gridlock.
