Kerb from School Lane to the crossing completely covered with weed growth and mud

The kerbside is matted with growth of weeds and mud resulting in large puddles at the end of School Lane. This necessitates stepping onto the road to bypass mud and puddles. The crossing, used by School children every day is also badly drained meaning that one can't walk onto tge crossing at the right point. This is an ongoing problem and has been so for more than a year.
